It is FretTalk Studio policy that students are securing a time slot rather than purchasing individual lessons and therefore charge fees by the term in an upfront term fee which is determined by the length of the public school term. To officially secure your lesson position, fees must be paid in full for the whole term by the first lesson of the term. It is important that every effort is made to attend all scheduled lessons as refunds are not offered. Make-up lessons will only be offered if FretTalk Studio has been provided reasonable notification of lesson cancellations, and pending make-up lesson availability before the end of the term. In the unlikely event a lesson is cancelled by FretTalk Studio, a make-up lesson will be re-scheduled at a time agreeable by the student/parent, or a refund/credit will be offered.
